Mondays: April 3, 10, 24; May 1, 8, 15, 29, June 5

Kids’ Yoga (ages 7-10)
The intention of our Yoga Program is to build self-esteem, increase self-awareness and enhance self-expression through yoga. Younger children will enjoy introductory yoga poses, stories, songs and character development in a safe and inclusive way. Older students will learn more challenging poses, with the intention of cultivating focus and balance. Parents and teachers are consistently amazed at the sense of calm, compassion and clarity that comes with our program. All of our yoga programming is taught by certified yoga instructors.’
