The intention of our Yoga Program is to build self-esteem, increase self-awareness and enhance self-expression through yoga. Younger children will enjoy introductory yoga poses, stories, songs and character development in a safe and inclusive way. Older students will learn more challenging poses, with the intention of cultivating focus and balance. Parents and teachers are consistently amazed at the sense of calm, compassion and clarity that comes with our program. All of our yoga programming is taught by certified yoga instructors
We will be offering 4 different classes, based on age and specific interest:
Description: This program introduces children to yoga and mindfullness in a safe and inclusive way. Students will learn introductory yoga poses and how to use their breath to find calm, peace and joy.

Students will learn introductory yoga poses and how to use their breath to find calm, peace and joy. They will also explore ways to live in the present moment with openness and gain tools to move through their days with more joy, ease and kindness. This program is a great way to connect children to themselves and to the people around them.
Description: This program increases self-awareness and promotes team building through yoga. Participants will be guided through a yoga practice that focuses on coordination and concentration in a way that is accessible, inclusive and fun. Every athlete can enhance their athletic experience through a consistent yoga practice.
